Robot Phoenix Lists on HKEX

Robot Phoenix officially listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on May 18. The IPO raised HK$750 million, with the retail tranche oversubscribed by 14,855.4 times, setting a new all-time record. Proceeds from the offering will be deployed toward R&D upgrades, capacity expansion, and market development. Prior to the IPO, the company completed 12 rounds of financing, raising a total of approximately RMB 634 million.
