Fabian leads Primavera Capital’s investment activities across Europe.

Prior to joining Primavera, Fabian founded an AI-powered CRM automation and investment advisory firm specializing in consumer goods and renewable energy technologies across Asia and Europe. He also previously worked at Google in London and the United Nations in New York.

Fabian has served as an advisor to two consecutive German Ministers for Economic Affairs and Climate Action, as well as to the former Vice Chancellor of Germany, acting as Deputy Chair of the Board for the “Digital Economy.” He has been recognized on the Forbes 30 Under 30 lists for both Asia and China, and Capital Magazine’s 40 Under 40 list in Germany. Fabian is currently a member of the Milken Institute’s Young Leaders Circle and an advisor to the Berlin Global Dialogue.

He holds a Master of Science in Economic History from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).
